CITRIC ACID
Citric acid is a colorless, crystalline organic compound from carboxylic acids. Its formula is C6H8O7. This substance is actually called as lemon salt, which is found in almost all of us. Citric acid, which is naturally found in the structure of plants, is obtained as a result of fermentation of corn.
Citric acid has a wide usage area in many different sectors such as food, agriculture, medicine, metalworking and beverage. Our company offers two types of products as citric acid MONOHYDRATE and ANHYDROUS.

It is produced in accordance with the Food Chemicals Codex, European Pharmacopoeia Reference Standards (EP), USP and EP food additives specification regulation requirements.

Production is carried out in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex and TS 2600 Citric Acid Monohydrate standards.

It has low reactivity and does not contain any substance that may cause toxic effects such as allergens, pesticides, GMOs or mykatoxin.
